Resumo: | This essay consists of a reading guide to the work of Enrique Dussel, considering the main moments of his theoretical trajectory, in light of the search for juridical issues in his writings. This is an exercise in Critical Theory of Law from one of the most important intellectuals who forged Latin American critical thought in the second half of the 20th century and the first decades of the 21st century. The author, born in 1934 and recently deceased in 2023, allows us to understand Law in a diversity of philosophical senses – analogically or conjuncturally, ranging from justice to law or norm, passing through property –, which serves as an invitation for the critical legal field to continue to reception such a powerful legacy of our social theory (philosophical, historical, anthropological, theological, ethical, economic and political) of liberation. |

Este es un ejercicio de teoría jurídica crítica de uno de los intelectuales más importantes que forjaron el pensamiento crítico latinoamericano en la segunda mitad del siglo XX y las primeras décadas del siglo XXI. El autor, nacido en 1934 y recientemente fallecido en 2023, permite comprender la juridicidad en una diversidad de sentidos filosóficos – analógica o coyunturalmente, que van desde la justicia a la ley o norma, pasando por la propiedad –, lo que sirve de invitación al campo jurídico crítico seguir recepcionando tan poderoso legado de nuestra teoría social (filosófica, histórica, antropológica, teológica, ética, económica y política) de la liberación.O presente ensaio consiste em um guia de leitura da obra de Enrique Dussel, considerando os principais momentos de sua trajetória teórica, à luz da procura pela problemática jurídica em seus escritos. Trata-se de um exercício de teoria crítica do direito a partir de um dos mais importantes intelectuais que forjou o pensamento crítico latino-americano no segundo meado do século XX e primeiras décadas do século XXI.
