Law’s possible futures in the pandemic society

Resumo: The article intends to discuss the interference of the COVID-19 pandemic in the legal instance. Aligned with the real impossibility of a universal, unique and univocal Law, the main objective is to demonstrate the possibilities of new “Laws” in the pandemic world society and its aftermath. It shows, with reference to concrete examples, how the pandemic guides the construction of decolonized legal realities, denying neoliberal reason, denying proprietary exclusivism, and valuing social movements and new forms of normative organization.

Alinhado à impossibilidade real de um Direito universal, único e unívoco, o objetivo principal é o de demonstrar as possibilidades de novos “Direitos” na sociedade mundial pandêmica e no seu após.
