The vast area of the Brazil is housing for many peoples, holders of traditional knowledge and manners of live, that immerses in his differences form and transform the Brazilian culture, been source of studies in many fields of the knowledge.On the other hand,have a series of social environmental conflict provoked by the need to spread the capitalist system of production between the agribusiness, where imperate the domination and massification of the lands and cultures. In that way, this dossier has for meaning analyze the socio-environmental conflict emerged on the Chapada do Apodi-RN, more specific, in the rural zone of the Apodi-RN, caused by the implantation of the irrigate perimeter of Santa Cruz do Apodi, where about six thousand of farmers will have their lands taken by the State in some sort of social end expropriation. Important to say that 50% of the population of Apodi live in the rural zone, with a life way based on the family agriculture and respect to the environment. Perceive thatthe implantation of a project, like the irrigate perimeter, will cause serious damages to the rurals communities of Apodi. Denote that the methodology used was the research-action, in reason of been acting directly on the case, realize the juridical popular assistance of the farmers that compose the resistance movement against the irrigate perimeter.
