Resumo: The true democracy needs public access policies of equal opportunity to all its people. What is public policy other than how the public resource will be invested or reinvested? To have the clarity that this resource is generated by the people who contribute in the payment of taxes embedded in everything that consumes, and that is not the businessman who pays the taxes but the citizen in the consumption of goods and services, means to understand that everything is of the people . That we elect people to represent this people and to manage this generated resource and others we elect to make laws that support where to go this resource. The sum of this results in public policy of State and Government. Far from this clarity, the mass media and the traditional process of education alienates the majority of the population who refuses to actively participate in public policy. This awareness is so necessary that we will be able to elect committed representatives to make good management and to create the laws that support and radicalize the construction of a just society, without rich and poor people, but with citizens with equal rights and duties. Solidarity economy takes steps with popular governments, when it puts middle workers, but the continuity of these policies with the exchange of governments is totally decimated, there is much resistance in the organization and much struggle, the struggle, and always the struggle.

Mundo do Trabalho Contemporâneo2017-10-26info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/mtc/article/view/7207Mundo do Trabalho Contemporâneo; v. 2 n. 2 (2017); 399-4192527-1105reponame:Mundo do Trabalho Contemporâneoinstname:Universidade de Brasília (UnB)instacron:UNBporhttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/mtc/article/view/7207/5832Copyright (c) 2017 MTCinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessNespolo, Nelsa Inês Fabian2018-03-15T20:47:57Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/7207Revistahttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/mtcPUBhttps://periodicos.unb.br/index.php/mtc/oai||smarises@yahoo.com.br2527-11052527-1105opendoar:2018-03-15T20:47:57Mundo do Trabalho Contemporâneo - Universidade de Brasília (UnB)false
