O grande desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico, ao possibilitar novas formas de tratamento aumentanm o controle sobre o tempo e as circunstâncias da morte, porém, o atendimento integral ao paciente e sua família deve ser considerado. Dessa forma, o cuidado domiciliar e o cuidado paliativo aparecem como alternativa de assistência. Nessa perspectiva surgem também as questões éticas relacionadas à manutenção e a qualidade de vida das pessoas. OBJETIVO: Identificar como a Bioética transpassa os temas ‘Cuidados Paliativos’ e ‘Assistência Domiciliar’. Resultado: Podemos observar a prevalência da discussão da bioética relacionada aos processos de terminalidade da vida. As outras temáticas relacionam-se a bioética permeando o atendimento domiciliar e a bioética e o papel do cuidador no processo de terminalidade da vida. Os artigos apresentam a necessidade de abordagens que conservem o máximo de qualidade de vida possível, o que exige uma preparação dos profissionais envolvidos nesse processo. Essas são razões que justificam a necessidade de se adotar um conjunto de teorias e práticas embasadas em princípios éticos com o objetivo de capacitá-los para assistir pacientes englobando aspectos da sua qualidade de vida geral, desempenho e bem estar físico, psicossocial e espiritual e, também, percepções e bem estar de sua família. CONCLUSÃO: Neste trabalho, pode-se perceber, que quando são consideradas as duas temáticas relacionadas à bioética há uma predominância dos processos relacionados ao paciente e seus familiares, existindo uma lacuna sobre a atuação dos profissionais de saúde quando são levados em consideração os princípios bioéticos e a especificidade de cada papel na assistência domiciliar e de cuidados paliativos. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTINTRODUCTION: The transformations produced by society over time caused changes in patterns of illness. The great scientific and technological development, enabling new forms of treatment aumentanm control over the time and circumstances of death, however, comprehensive care to the patient and his family should be considered. Thus, home care and palliative care appear as alternative assistance. This perspective also arise ethical issues related to the maintenance and quality of life. OBJECTIVE: Identify how the Bioethics pierces the subjects ' Palliative Care ' and ' Home Care '. RESULTS: By analyzing the items addressed in accordance with the objective of this work we can see the prevalence of the discussion of bioethics related to processes of end of life. Other themes relate to bioethics permeating the home care and bioethics and the role of the caregiver in case of a terminal life. The articles present the need for approaches that maintain maximum possible quality of life, which requires preparation of professionals involved in this process. These are reasons that justify the need to adopt a set of theories and practices based on solid ethical principles with the aim of enabling them to assist patients encompassing aspects of their quality of overall performance, life and physical, psychosocial and spiritual well-being and also , perceptions and well- being of your family .
