Segundo Gilly (2002) é possível a partir da Teoria das Representações Sociais compreender como os fatores sociais interferem sobre o processo educativo e seus resultados. Objetivou-se neste estudo identificar e analisar as representações que os alunos do curso de graduação em Pedagogia da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de Brasília possuem sobre o ser professor. Participaram desta pesquisa quarenta (40) estudantes de períodos variados, os quais responderam com seis (6) palavras a questão indutora: “Defina o que é, para você, ser professor”. The objective in this study was identify and analyze the representations of students from the Faculty of Education at the University of Brasilia posses about be a professor. Participated of this research forty (40) students of varying periods. They answered with six (6) words the inducer question. Define what is for you be a professor.
