O equipamento que permite quantificar essas interações é chamado de Espectrofotômetro. A espectroscopia é aplicada em diversas áreas, como, por exemplo, na indústria alimentícia, indústria farmacêutica, ciência forense, astronomia, dentre outras. Tendo em vista essa gama de aplicações, este trabalho tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de um espectrofotômetro multicanal portátil, voltado para análises na região visível do espectro. Uma breve descrição teórica é feita sobre os princípios físicos envolvidos nesta temática, além de discorrer sobre os principais componentes necessários para a confecção de um espectrofotômetro. A metodologia descreve uma solução com um conjunto óptico, utilizando um arranjo com monocromador de rede tipo Czerny-Turner. Descreve, também, uma solução com eletrônica embarcada, composta de circuitos analógicos para instrumentação de um CCD e de um microcontrolador ARM LPC2148 como objeto central de controle do espectrofotômetro construído. Alguns resultados são apresentados para validar a idéia proposta. _____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTSpectroscopy is the science that studies the interactions of radiation with matter. The equipment that is used to quantify these interactions is called a spectrophotometer. Spectroscopy is applied in various areas, for example in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, forensics, astronomy, among others. Given this range of applications, this paper aims at developing a portable multichannel spectrophotometer, focusing on the analysis in the visible region of the spectrum. A brief theoretical description is made on the physical principles involved in this issue, and discuss the main components necessary for making a spectrophotometer. The method describes a solution with an optical assembly using a monochromator arrangement of Czerny-Turner type network. It describes a solution with embedded electronics, analog instrumentation consists of a CCD circuit and a microcontroller ARM LPC2148 as the central control object spectrophotometer built.
