Para atingir o objetivo da monografia, o trabalho começa com um panorama geral da história da Previdência Social no Brasil e no mundo. É realizada uma análise do custeio da Previdência Social, passando pelos seus modelos, o método de economia coletiva e a atuária. O financiamento da Seguridade Social e, mais especificamente, da Previdência Social são brevemente explicados como forma de introduzir a contribuição previdenciária patronal. O escopo da pesquisa é o estudo acerca da incidência ou não da contribuição previdenciária patronal sobre décimo terceiro (13º) salário; salário maternidade; férias (gozadas ou indenizadas) e terço constitucional; adicionais de insalubridade, periculosidade e noturno; horas-extras; auxílio creche; quebra de caixa; adicional por tempo de serviço: anuênios, biênios e triênios; repouso semanal remunerado; e auxílio-educação. _____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis study aims to address the occurrence or lack thereof of the employer social security contributions on various labor funds. To achieve the goal of the thesis, the report begins with an overview of the history of Social Security in Brazil and worldwide. This study analyzes the costs of Social Security by addressing their models, and the collective economy and actuarial methods. The financing of Social Security and, more specifically, Social Security itself are briefly explained as a way to introduce the topic of employer social security contributions.
