O público-alvo desse projeto editorial é reconhecido muitas vezes como artesão, no entanto, identificou-se que esse público se encaixa no grupo de trabalhos manuais de acordo com termos e bases conceituais de instituições que promovem e regulam o artesanato no Brasil. Esse grupo tem como características principais a apropriação de ícones da indústria cultural e o baixo valor cultural agregado em seus trabalhos; dessa forma, enfrentam dificuldades no seu posicionamento de mercado. Por isso, utilizou-se como conceitos eixos o processo criativo, a identidade e o valor, os quais nortearam as abordagens do conteúdo do livro. Na proposta de abordagem do conteúdo editorial, buscaram-se como referência trabalhos de designers que contribuem ou contribuíram para o tema. Revisaram-se publicações destinadas ao público-alvo, e também livros interativos já publicados. Depois, definiram-se três objetivos que orientam o conteúdo, a distribuição de páginas e a comunicação visual de cada página. The target audience of this editorial project is often called artisan, however, this group is better defined as handicraftsman, based on the terms and conceptual basis of brazilian institutions that promotes and regulate the craft industry in the country. This target group has as main and recurring characteristic the appropriation of icons of the cultural industry and the low cultural value added in their work, as consequence, they are unable to achieve a good market position. For this reason, the creative process, identity and value were used as axis concepts that guided the approaches of the content of the book developed. To build the content of the editorial, work of designers that have contributed to the theme approached in this project were used as reference. As well as interactive books and also publications addressed to the main target audience. The next step was to define three objectives to guide the development of the content, the distribution of pages and the visual communication of each page.
