A área avaliada foi de 106,425 m2. Os resultados financeiros foram calculados considerando-se os dados de receitas e custos de dois módulos implantados a partir de janeiro de 2015, os quais foram projetados para o horizonte temporal de 1 ano, a uma taxa de juros de 2,5% ao ano (0,20% ao mês). Foram considerados os custos de mão-de-obra, insumos, operações mecanizadas, custos fixos e custo de energia. As perdas de produção, os custos de transporte e os custos de comercialização foram deduzidos sobre o valor das receitas. O valor presente líquido alcançado foi de R$ 1711,71. A relação benefício-custo calculada foi de 1,82, enquanto o benefício periódico equivalente foi de R$ 157,53. O payback encontrado foi de 1,1 mês e a TIR do projeto foi de 54%. O custo total de implantação do sistema foi de R$ 634,02. O oitavo mês foi o que apresentou maiores receitas, totalizando um valor de R$1373,73, correspondendo ao mês em que o fluxo de caixa foi máximo. Concluiu-se que a introdução de hortaliças remunerou o investimento inicial para o sistema de longo prazo, no que se refere ao primeiro ano de plantio. O investimento inicial foi pago no segundo mês pelas receitas obtidas com a venda de alface e rúcula. O fluxo de caixa apresentado pelo sistema foi não convencional. The evaluated area was 106,425m2. The financial results were calculated based on the data of revenue and costs two modules deployed from January 2015, wich were designed for a time horizon of one year at an interest rate of 2,5% per year (0,2% per month). They considered the rate labor costs, inputs, mechanized operations, fixed costs and energy costs. The loss of production, transportation costs and marketing costs have been deducted on the amount of revenues. The achieved net presente value was R$1711,71. The estimated benefit-cost ratio was 1,82, while the equivalente periodic benefit was R$ 157,53. The payback was 1,1 month and the Project IRR was 54%. The total cost of system was R$634,02. The eighth month showed the higher revenues, totaling a value of R$ 1373,73, corresponding to the month in wich the cash flue was maximum. It was concluded that the introduction of vegetables remunerated the initial investiment for the long-term system, with respect to the first year after planting. The initial investment was paid in the second month by the proceeds from the sale of lettuce and arugula. Cash flow presented by the system was unconventional.
