A negligência familiar é uma das modalidades de violência doméstica contra crianças e adolescentes mais frequentes, e compreende-se que é um fenômeno que necessita ser discutido abarcando suas controvérsias numa perspectiva de totalidade, a qual implica uma articulação entre as dimensões da tríade universalidade-particularidade-singularidade. Como objetivo geral, a pesquisa propôs analisar as intervenções de assistentes sociais nas situações de ameaça a perda da guarda e do poder familiar de crianças e adolescentes negligenciados, tendo em vista a compreensão desse fenômeno pelos profissionais. Isto é, como essas situações são percebidas e analisadas pelos assistentes sociais a partir da perspectiva de totalidade, foi a problematização que guiou este trabalho. A pesquisa teve como metodologia uma abordagem de natureza qualitativa sobre o fenômeno da negligência, utilizando análise documental de relatórios e pareceres realizados por assistentes sociais, bem como entrevista com esses profissionais. O método de análise utilizado foi o materialismo dialético. Nesse sentido, diante desse método de compreensão da realidade, a pesquisa demonstra que nas situações de negligência estudadas, as análises realizadas pelos assistentes sociais enfatizam as questões singulares dos sujeitos atendidos, demonstrando dificuldade em se estabelecer mediações com os determinantes mais gerais da sociedade. _____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis research is focused on the family neglect against children and adolescents and Social Services intervention before these demands in judiciary. The negligence family is a methods of domestic violence against children and adolescents frequently, and understands that it is a phenomenon that needs to be discussed covering their disputes in a perspective of wholeness, which implies a relationship between the dimensions of the triad universality-particularity -singularity. As a general objective, the research proposes to analyze the interventions of social workers in situations of threat and losing custody of family power of neglected children and adolescents in order to understand this phenomenon by professionals. This is how these situations are perceived and evaluated by social workers from the perspective of totality was the questioning that guided this work. The research methodology was to approach the qualitative nature of the phenomenon of neglect, using documentary analysis of reports and opinions made by social workers, as well as interviews with these professionals. The analysis method used was dialectical materialism.
