Esse papel da Gestão Ambiental pode ser adquirido por meio dos esforços da Educação Ambiental, soluções e mediações dos problemas e conflitos socioambientais podem ser criadas com conhecimentos e competências adquiridos por meio da formação profissional ambiental. A presente pesquisa reflete sobre o papel da Educação Ambiental (EA) na formação do Gestor Ambiental a partir da analise uma experiência prática em Educação Ambiental para a formação do Gestor Ambiental. O objeto de pesquisa foram as compreensões dos alunos que participaram do projeto de Educação Ambiental no Parque Recreativo Sucupira, Planaltina – DF. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa sobre as atividades do projeto, como relatório, textos no blog e um questionário que continha quatro questões com enfoque na participação do gestor ambiental no projeto e na contribuição para a formação do gestor ambiental. A pesquisa mostrou que o projeto de EA possibilitou identificar gestores com uma maior compreensão da relação entre sociedade e natureza, capazes de buscar com clareza ações e soluções para a construção de uma cidadania ambiental. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTEnvironmental management is "mediation of interests and conflicts between social actors that act on the physical and natural resources and built" (Quintas, 2004). This role of Environmental Management can be acquired through the efforts of environmental solutions and mediations of environmental problems and conflicts Education can be created with knowledge and skills acquired through environmental training. This research reflects on the role of environmental education (EE) in the formation of the Environmental Manager from the analysis of practical experience in Environmental Education Training Environmental Manager. The object of research was the understanding of the students who participated in the Environmental Education Project in Parque Recreativo Sucupira Planaltina - DF. For this, a research project activities, such as reporting, texts on the blog and a questionnaire that had four questions focusing on the participation of the environmental manager in the design and contribution to the training of environmental managers was conducted.
