Nesse trabalho, tentaremos desenvolver esse tema condutor, relacionando a abordagem lógico-cognitiva da linguagem com o mundo externo – na busca da objetividade e da verdade na representação e explicação dos fatos – com os processos intersubjetivos de comunicação e interação dos falantes entre si – que buscam compreensão, reconhecimento e acerto no nosso mundo social. Essa reconstrução seguirá primeiramente na posição da pragmática semântica sociolinguística de Wittgenstein: nos usos e jogos de linguagem entretecidos em formas práticas de vida. Em segundo lugar, na atuação da compreensão realizada na virada histórico-hermenêutica: em busca do horizonte de sentido e da abertura do mundo da vida intersubjetivamente partilhado. Espera-se articular essas duas tradições (pragmática e hermenêutica) a partir de uma confrontação e atenuação entre filosofias promovida pelas teorias da comunicação e do discurso em Jürgen Habermas (1929-), mais especificamente em sua obra Verdade e Justificação (1999). In this work I will try to develop this guide theme, relating the logic-cognitive approach of language with the external world – in the search for objectivity and truth in the representation and explication of facts – with the intersubjective processes of communication and interaction of the speakers with themselves – that search comprehension, recognition and correctness in our social world. Our objectives will follow, primarily in the position of the sociolinguistic pragmatic-semantics of the later Wittgenstein: in the uses and language games entertained in forms of life-praxis. In the second place we are concerned with the comprehensive action realized in a historic-hermeneutic turn : in the search of the horizon of meaning and the opening of the world of life intersubjectivily shared. Is expected an articulation of this two traditions (pragmatic and hermeneutics) from a confrontation and attenuation between philosophies promoted by the critical theories of communication and discourse in Jürgen Habbermas (1929-), more specifically in his late work Truth and Justification (1999).
