O ambiente agroindustrial nacional, representado pela produção globalizada, pelas oportunidades de consumo junto aos lançamentos cada vez mais frequentes de produtos novos no mercado cujos ciclos de vida em geral são curtos e as mudanças de perfis dos clientes que cada vez mais bem informados e exigentes, impulsionam as empresas a acompanharem estas tendências buscando serem cada vez mais criativas e flexíveis, mas também a aumentarem a sua qualidade e confiabilidade em relação a sua responsabilidade ambiental. Pensa-se normalmente em logística como o gerenciamento do fluxo de materiais do seu ponto de aquisição até ao seu ponto de consumo. Entretanto, existe um fluxo logístico reverso do ponto de consumo até o ponto de origem, agregando esses valores com a responsabilidade ambiental o qual se precisa gerenciar. Neste trabalho preocupa-se estudar a logística reversa no contexto da logística convencional tendo em conta a lei da política nacional de resíduos sólidos com destaque ao ambiente agroindustrial. Este trabalho foi realizado com base na pesquisa bibliográfica e tendo como referência principal o conceito de logística aplicada ao setor agroindustrial. The national agroindustrial environment represented by globalized production, consumer opportunities along with increasingly frequent launches of new products on the market whose overall life cycles are short, and changing customer profiles that are increasingly well-informed and demanding, drive companies to follow These tendencies seeking to be more creative and flexible, but also to increase their quality and reliability in relation to their environmental responsibility. Logistics is usually thought of as managing the flow of materials from your point of purchase to your point of consumption. However, there is a reverse logistic flow from the point of consumption to the point of origin, adding these values to the environmental responsability that needs to be managed. In this work, we are concerned with the study of reverse logistics in the context of conventional logistics, taking into account the national solid waste policy law, with emphasis on the agro-industrial environment. This work was carried out based on the bibliographical research and having as main reference the concept of logistics applied to the agroindustrial sector.
