Objetivos: Identificar a implementação da Política Nacional de Humanização em uma unidade de atenção básica em Ceilândia, a partir do olhar dos gestores. Metodologia: Estudo do tipo qualitativo descritivo e exploratório, realizado na unidade de saúde Lucena Roriz localizada no Condomínio Prive região de Ceilândia- Distrito Federal. A coleta de dados ocorreu no mês Agosto de 2015, por meio de uma entrevista com três gestores responsáveis pelas ações desempenhadas pela equipe de saúde no serviço. Resultados e Discussão: A divulgação de informação se apresentou como uma ferramenta promotora do conhecimento nas ações contribuindo para um cuidado humanizado, no entanto em alguns momentos notou-se a dificuldade de consolidar algumas informações para que ela faça sentido aos usuários. Em relação ao acolhimento foi entendido como uma atitude presente no serviço para minimizar os fatores estressantes ao paciente e equipe. Foi verificado também que a gestão interna do serviço se encarrega de articular meios para que haja uma interação entre as necessidades de saúde e promoção ações intersetoriais para integrar e tentar solucionar as demandas coletivas. Assim, a humanização é o passo fundamental e essencial para as práticas no âmbito da saúde, tendo como principal ponto a constante necessidade do diálogo e articulação, a fim de gerar um prática compartilhada e de otimização da autonomia e protagismo dos sujeitos envolvidos. Objectives: Identify the implementation of the National Policy of Humanization in a health center unit in Ceilândia, from the perspective of the managers. Methodology: This study is characterized as a qualitative descriptive and exploratory analysis, held in Lucena Roriz health unit located in the Condominium Prive, region of Ceilândia- Federal District. Data collection occurred in August 2015, through an interview with three managers responsible for the actions performed by the health team in service. Results and Discussion: It was found that disclosure of information performed as a promoter tool of knowledge in actions, contributing to a humanized care. However sometimes it was noted some difficulty of consolidating information so it would make sense to users. Regarding the reception, it was noted that it is an attitude present during the service, minimizing stressors factors for patients and staff. It was also found that the internal management of the service is in charge of articulating means to enable an interaction between the health needs and promotes intersectoral actions to integrate and try to solve the collective demands. Thus, humanization is the fundamental and essential step for the practices in the health scope, the main point is the constant need for dialogue and coordination, in order to generate a shared practice and optimization of autonomy and leadership of the subjects involved.
