Seu objetivo é buscar uma análise de aspecto marcante de sua estética e linguagem: a agridoce ambiguidade discursiva, emotiva e comportamental, linguagem culturalmente codificada cujo fio condutor é o recorte no caractere erótico. Foram escolhidos cinco eixos, ou categorias, de investigação: história, música, poética, dança e performance, centrados na tétrade reflexiva estrutura, processo, função e significado. O caminho que possibilita a análise dessa manifestação artística é uma revisão bibliográfica que se vale de arcabouço teóricometodológico da Antropologia, seja em suas sub-categorias - Antropologia da Música, da Dança, da Performance e das Emoções -, seja lançando mão de conceitos e ferramentas analíticas que pensam temas ou fenômenos como dádiva, habitus, mana, identidade étnica, bricolagem, equívoco produtivo, descrição densa e ritual. Recorre-se também a outros suportes teóricos de disciplinas como História, Etnomusicologia, Semiótica e Literatura. Its goal is to seek a striking analysis of its aesthetic and language: the bittersweet discursive, emotional and behavioral ambiguity, culturally codified language whose guiding thread is the cut in the erotic character. Five axes, or categories of investigation, were chosen: history, music, poetry, dance and performance, centered on the reflexive tetrad structure, process, function and meaning. The path that makes possible the analysis of this artistic manifestation is a bibliographical revision that takes advantage of the theoretical-methodological framework of Anthropology, be it in its subcategories - Anthropology of Music, of Dance, of Performance and of Emotions -, or using concepts and analytical tools that think of themes or phenomena as gift, habitus, mana, ethnic identity, bricolage, productive misunderstanding, thick description and ritual. It is also used to other theoretical supports of disciplines such as History, Ethnomusicology, Semiotics and Literature.
