Portanto, exige do cirurgião-dentista uma abordagem eficiente em relação ao tratamento. Este artigo teve como objetivos relatar um caso clínico, usando implante unitário com carga imediata em região estética e as suas vantagens, quando for possível a sua aplicação. Além disso, esclarecer as indicações, limitações, desvantagens e complicações da carga imediata em implante unitário, tendo como base diversos estudos realizados entre os anos 2000 e 2014. Após a fixação adequada do implante, a localização deste foi moldada e no mesmo dia foi parafusado um provisório. A oclusão foi aliviada até que o contato fosse mínimo em todos os movimentos excursivos, propiciando que a reabilitação estética/funcional e a osseointegração do implante fossem um processo simultâneo e favorável um ao outro. Foi alcançada a devolução imediata da estética e parte da função dentária, sem interferir no processo de osseointegração, permitindo que a paciente pudesse manter suas atividades sociais habituais. Com base na literatura pesquisada, foi possível concluir que a técnica relatada é uma abordagem segura e respeitados os pré-requisitos operatórios/reabilitadores apresenta alta taxa de sucesso. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe absence of teeth, especially in the anterior region, is something embarrassing, which interfere with personal and interpersonal levels of the individual. Therefore requires the dentist an efficient approach on the treatment. This article aims to report a case using single implant with immediate loading in aesthetic zone and its advantages when the application is possible. Also, clarify the indications, limitations, disadvantages and complications of immediate loading in single implant, based on several studies conducted between 2000 and 2014. After proper fixation of the implant, the location of it was molded and on the same day was screwed a provisory. The occlusion was relieved until contact was minimal in all excursive movements, providing an aesthetic/functional rehabilitation and osseointegration of the implant on a simultaneous process and favorable for each other. It was achieved the immediate return of aesthetics and function of the tooth without interfering with osseointegration process, allowing the patient to maintain their usual social activities.
