Partindo do pressuposto de que a escola é um espaço de superação, de construção de saberes, de convivência e socialização, capaz de aprofundar conhecimentos, a mesma contribui para a formação da identidade do estudante e é um espaço onde não se deve predominar o preconceito, a discriminação e o racismo, tais questões devem ser desconstituídas. Para tanto, deve-se cumprir a temática da história e cultura afro-brasileira e africana na escola (Lei 10.639/2003), de forma transversal e contínua, dentro do currículo, no planejamento específico, pautado no Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola e não somente em momentos que discriminações, preconceitos e racismos ocorrem, ou em datas específicas, dificultando o processo de aprendizagem para uma educação anti-racista. Ademais, faz-se necessário compreender que as relações nos diversos ambientes, promovem histórico e culturalmente, a discriminação, o preconceito e o racismo entre os sujeitos e que se deve efetivar a política federal que defende um trabalho pedagógico efetivo para minimizar e erradicar esses sentimentos presentes no sujeito de não conceber nas suas diferenças, que são iguais perante a lei. Quanto ao fazer pedagógico, a escola caminha de forma vagarosa para efetivar a política para uma educação étnico-racial, porém existem os profissionais que iniciaram essa caminhada. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis academic paper begins with the study and analysis of the factors that interfere with the construction process of racial ethnic identity in the school environment, with a view to discovering if this helps bring discrimination in this environment and what their consequences in the personal and academic for, after rethinking pedagogical practices that can enhance racial ethnic culture and minimize the issues of prejudice, discrimination and racism in this space. Assuming that school is a place of overcoming, construction of knowledge, sociability and socialization, able to deepen their knowledge, it contributes to the formation of the identity of the student and is a space where it should not overpower the prejudice, discrimination and racism, such issues should be deconstituted. To do so, you must meet the theme of history and african-brazilian and african culture in school (Law 10.639/2003), transverse and continuously within the curriculum, specific plan, based on Pedagogical Political School Project and not only in moments that discrimination, prejudice and racism occur, or on specific dates, making the learning process for a anti racist education. Moreover, it is necessary to understand the relationships in different environments, promote historic and culturally, discrimination, prejudice and racism among subjects and that it must carry out federal policy that advocates an effective pedagogical work to minimize and eradicate these feelings present in the subject of not conceive on their differences, which are equal before the law.
