Apresento um breve histórico das políticas em saúde mental, enfatizando o surgimento dos centro de atendimento psicossocial (CAPS), como dispositivos estratégicos para a assistência em saúde mental possibilitando uma rede substitutiva aos hospitais psiquiátricos. Pontuo o projeto terapêutico singular como estratégia de trabalho fundamental que deve adotar como princípios norteadores as principais referências teóricas e técnicas da reforma psiquiátrica. Ressalto a importância da família em todo o processo de assistência e de construção do PTS, trabalho que privilegia a autonomia e cidadania da pessoa. Dialogo, por fim, possibilidades de elaboração do projeto terapêutico singular envolvendo o usuário, familiares, uma rede de assistência a saúde e profissionais de diferentes formações, na busca da efetivação do desenvolvimento de projeto terapêutico singular como eixo estruturador do cuidado em saúde mental. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis study aimed to understand and bring a reflection on the importance of natural therapeutic project construction, as a working tool in mental health care , I present a brief history of mental health policies, focusing on the development of psychosocial care center (CAPS ) , as strategic devices for mental health care enabling a replacement network to Punctuate the unique therapeutic project as fundamental work strategy should adopt as guiding principles the main theoretical and technical references of psychiatric reform. I emphasize the importance of family throughout the care process and PTS building, work that requires the autonomy and citizenship of the person.
