Parte do princípio que para obter êxito tem que ser feito algumas reformas nas estruturas e oferecer cursos aos colaboradores na arte do bem receber e servir, além de contratar alguns profissionais da área de hotelaria. A pesquisa realizada para fundamentação da proposta buscou dentre colaboradores, visitantes e comunidade informações relevantes sobre a atual situação da DMAT para embasar as propostas de solução. Part of the principle that steps getting success has that to be made some reforms in the structures and to offer courses to the collaborators in the art of the good to receive and to serve, beyond contracting some professionals of in the area of hotelaria. The research carried through for recital of the proposal searched among collaborators, visitors and community excellent information on the current situation of the DMAT to base the solution proposals.
