Nele se pretende discutir a questão do olhar, no sentido de percepção, utilizando como objeto de estudo cartões-postais/fotografia e a maneira como a cidade de Brasília-DF é representada por esses meios. O objetivo, neste trabalho, é mostrar meu olhar sobre a cidade de Brasília para, assim, propiciar uma ressignificação da forma de se olhar os lugares da cidade. Na comparação feita, destaquei, dentro do meu olhar, a ocupação da cidade pela população de Brasília. Como resultado, cheguei na possibilidade de encarar o registro fotográfico de maneira diferenciada da convencional. Saliento que o cartãopostal convencional cumpre funções importantes na criação da identidade turística das localidades. It is intended to discuss the question of the look, in the sense of perception, using as object of study the postcards and the way the city of Brasília-DF is represented by this means. The objective, in this work, is to show my gaze on the city of Brasília in order to, thus, provide e a new meaning to the way of looking at places in the city. In the comparison made, I highlighted, within my eyes, the occupation of the city by the population of Brasília. As a result, I came to the possibility of facing the photographic record in a different way from the conventional one. I emphasize that the conventional postcard fulfills important functions in the creation of the tourist identity of the localities.
