Primeiro a análise se centrou nas imagens publicadas em reportagens do jornal Correio Braziliense durante o ano de 2011, por meio da análise de conteúdo. Em um segundo momento, foram examinadas imagens da cidade produzidas por moradores da Estrutural em oficina de fotografia, orientada pela pesquisa participante. O trabalho compara as duas visões e busca um diálogo entre elas, analisando semelhanças e diferenças nas representações e como as duas perspectivas se relacionam. Para tanto, a pesquisa se fundamenta em três eixos teóricos principais: representações sociais, identidade e considerações sobre fotografia e realidade e sobre a trajetória do fotojornalismo. Em ambas as etapas de análise, foi observado que a prática da fotografia possibilitou uma representação fragmentária da Estrutural, além de diferenças em relação a temas e abordagens. ___________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis research is about the representations of the Estrutural city built through the photography in two different contexts. At first, the analysis focused on the images published at news reports from the Correio Braziliense newspaper during 2011, guided by the content analysis. At a second moment, images of the city produced by residents of Estrutural in a photography workshop, guided by participant research, were analyzed. This work compares these two visions and aims to establish a dialogue between them, investigating resemblances and differences in the representations and how the two perspectives relate to each other. Therefore, the research is based in three theoretical points: social representation, identity and considerations about photography and reality and the trajectory of photojournalism.
