O projeto é baseado em um sistema híbrido de climatização, onde será utilizado o resfriamento evaporativo direto e o resfriamento por expansão indireta com chiller de condensação a ar otimizado pelos sistemas de Volume de Ar Variável (VAV) e de free cooling. O objetivo principal da instalação do sistema de controle e automação proposta é reduzir ao máximo os gastos energéticos desnecessários e desperdícios, de forma a garantir o gasto energético nulo resultante no edifício. São apresentados detalhes sobre o funcionamento de cada equipamento de cada sistema e de seus respectivos sensores e atuadores, para que seja possível entender o escopo do projeto. A lógica de controle é apresentada de forma generalizada, ou seja, não é feita em uma linguagem de programação específica, e deverá ser utilizada como base para o desenvolvimento da programação do sistema quando o edifício for construído. A lógica é explicada no texto e apresentada em fluxogramas (flowcharts) para facilitar o entendimento do sistema como um todo. Os fluxogramas utilizam uma estratégia top-down, são autoexplicativos e têm o objetivo de garantir um fluxo na lógica de programação utilizando as variáveis do sistema (pontos de controle e supervisão dos sensores, e equipamentos). The project is based in an hybrid acclimatization system and it will be used the direct evaporative cooling and the indirect expansion cooling with air condensation chiller optimized by the variable air volume (VAV) system and the free cooling system. The main objective of the installation of the control and automation system is to reduce the energetic expenditures to its minimum level, aiming to guarantee the zero energy expenditure in the building. Details about the operation of each equipment from every system and its respective sensors and actuators are presented to make it possible to understand the scope of the project. The control logic is presented in a generalized form (which means that it is not made in a specific programming language), and must be used as a base to the development of the programming when the building gets built. The logic is explained in the text and presented in flowcharts to make it easier to understand the system as a whole. The flowcharts use a top-down strategy, they are self-explanatory and are meant to guarantee a flow in the programming logic using the system variables (control and supervision points for sensors and equipment). Therefore, the project was made to be used as a basis in any air conditioning system that uses a similar strategy to the n-ZEB’s.
