Metodologia: Foram entrevistados 34 atletas, a partir de uma adaptação do inquérito de morbidade referida, com o intuito de levantar dados de perfil antropométrico; localidade anatômica da lesão; ocorrência por aparelho ginástico; momento onde ocorrem; presença de diagnóstico profissional; tempo de afastamento dos treinos em decorrência da lesão e tratamento utilizado. Ao final os dados foram tabelados para que fossem feitas as comparações. Resultados: Foi encontrada uma taxa de lesão de 2,56, sendo essa levemente superior na modalidade masculina. Dos participantes 91,18% relataram lesão desportiva na temporada, sendo as lesões masculinas distribuídas igualmente entre membros inferiores e superiores (39,13%) com maior frequência de acometimentos em joelho (26,09%) e ombros (21,74). Das lesões femininas 48,98% se concentraram em membros inferiores sendo pé (22,45%) e punho (16,33%) os segmentos mais afetados. A majoritariamente as lesões ocorreram durante o treino (93,06%), sendo em sua maioria concentradas no aparelho solo, com 33,46% do total de lesões. Em 76,39% dos casos não interrupção do treino em nenhum dia e em apenas 34,72% os atletas buscaram a avaliação de algum profissional de saúde, sendo o tratamento mais comum a aplicação de práticas não especificadas na entrevista (43,06%). Conclusão: Foi encontrada uma elevada taxa de lesão, sendo essas, concentradas principalmente em membros inferiores, com maiores prevalências de lesões em joelho e ombro para atletas masculinos e pé e punho para femininos. Methodology: 34 athletes were interviewed, based on an adaptation of the referred morbidity survey, in order to collect anthropometric data; anatomical localization of the lesion; occurrence by gymnastic apparatus; moment where they occur; presence of professional diagnosis; loss in training time because of the injury and treatment used. At the end, the data were tabulated for comparisons. Results: A lesion rate of 2.56 was found, which is slightly higher in the male modality. Of the participants, 91.18% reported a sport injury in the season, male injuries were equally distributed between lower and upper limbs (39.13%) with a greater frequency in knee (26.09%) and shoulders (21.74). About the female lesions 48.98% were concentrated in the lower limbs being foot (22.45%) and wrist (16.33%) the most affected segments. The majority of lesions occurred during training (93.06%), being mostly concentrated in the soil apparatus, with 33.46% of the total lesions. In 76.39% of the cases, there were no interruption of training in any day and only 34.72%, the athletes sought the evaluation of some health professional, the most common treatment being the application of practices not specified in the interview (43.06%). Conclusion: A high lesion rate was found, mainly concentrated in the lower limbs, with a higher prevalence of knee and shoulder injuries for male athletes and foot and wrist for female.
