Nela, os presos denunciaram torturas físicas e psicológicas. Divulgam também na carta uma lista com 233 nomes, entre eles soldados, delegados, sargentos e tenentes, que estavam envolvidos com as práticas de tortura. Neste estudo, se conhecerá seus signatários, seus torturadores e quais foram as violações dos Direitos Humanos sofridas por eles, além de analisar as repercussões da carta no cenário nacional e internacional. In the letter, the prisioners denunciated phisical and psychological tortures. Therefor, they denunciated also 233 names, between them soldiers, delegates, sergeants and lieutenants, that was involoved into the practices of torture. In this paper, will be know its signatories, theirs torturers, and to be aware of the violations of the Human Rights suffered by them, also to analise the repercutions of the letter in the national and international scene.
