Objetivo: Identificar e descrever o perfil epidemiológico e clínico de vítimas atendidas pelo serviço aeromédico e relacionar ao desfecho. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, retrospectivo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa, na qual foram analisados 63 prontuários eletrônicos da secretaria de saúde e fichas de atendimentos de resgate realizados pela aeronave de asas rotativas do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Distrito Federal, transportadas até o Hospital de Base de Brasília. Resultados: Destes dados, o sexo masculino prevaleceu com 73,02%. Predominou a faixa etária, 30 aos 44 anos para ambos os sexos, correspondendo a 39,07% dos casos. A maioria dos atendimentos ocorreram no turno da tarde com 28,57% e final de semana domingo (26,98%) e sábado, respectivamente. As maiores ocorrências de trauma para o sexo masculino foram colisões automobilísticas com 26,09% e para o sexo feminino, atropelamentos com 29,41%. Prevaleceu os atendimentos realizados em vias públicas do Distrito Federal, com 28,57% dos casos. Relacionado ao tipo de lesão, trauma crânio encefálico teve maior percentual de ocorrências com 52,38% dos casos. Pacientes considerados Críticos (22%), foram os mais registrados de acordo com a Escala CIPE e em relação ao desfecho hospitalar, a maioria dos pacientes atendidos e transportados pelo resgate aéreo receberam alta hospitalar, sendo 65% dos registros. Objective: To investigate and analyze the outcome in the intrahospital area of the victims served by the medical aero service in a rotary wing aircraft of the CBMDF, in the care of the victims of rescue, in the territory of the Federal District and sent to the Base Hospital in the year 2015 Methodology: This is a retrospective descriptive study with a quantitative approach, in which 63 medical records of rescue operations performed by the aircraft with rotating wings of the Military Fire Brigade of the Federal District were analyzed and transported to Brasília Base Hospital, where The hospital outcomes were analyzed. Results: Of these data, the male sex prevailed with 73.02%. In relation to the age group, 30 to 44 years of both sexes, prevailed with 39.07% of the cases. Most of the attendances occurred in the afternoon shift with 28.57% and the days of the weeks that prevailed were Sunday (26.98%), Saturday (17.46%) and Wednesday (15.87%), respectively. The highest occurrences of trauma for males were automobile collisions with 26.09% and for females, trampling with 29.41%. Prevalence of the visits performed on public roads of the Federal District, with 28.57% of the cases. Regarding the type of lesion, traumatic brain injury had a higher percentage of occurrences with 52.38% of the cases. Patients considered Critical (22%) were the most registered according to the CIPE Scale and in relation to the hospital outcome, the majority of the patients cared for and transported by air rescue were discharged from hospital, with 65% of the records.
