Serão abordados os aspectos jurídicos e técnicos a respeito do assunto, desde o começo da implementação do processo eletrônico no tribunal até a atualidade e os desafios futuros. Primeiramente será abordada uma breve história do processo eletrônico no Brasil, as normas que introduziram o processo eletrônico e suas aplicações. Serão também apresentados os princípios aplicáveis ao processo eletrônico e decisões do STJ no que diz respeito a estes princípios. Em seguida será abordada a questão no âmbito do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, a história da introdução do processo eletrônico no tribunal, suas aplicações, atualizações e os desafios futuros. The legal and technical aspects of the matter will be analyzed, from the beginning of the implementation of the electronic lawsuit in the court to the present and future challenges. First we will study a brief history of the electronic lawsuit in Brazil, the norms that introduced the electronic process of law and its applications. After that, we will discuss the principles applicable to the electronic process of law and the STJ decisions with reference to these principles. Next, we will discuss the eletronic lawsuit in the Superior Court of Justice, the history of the introduction of the electronic lawsuit in the court, its applications, updates and future challenges.
