Inaugura-se uma nova fase de alternativas que reflete em uma diferente interpretação da loucura e sua relação com a sociedade, os diversos saberes e as instituições. A sexualidade e o sofrimento psíquico têm entre si características compartilhadas historicamente no domínio das ciências médicas, seja por meio da crença no envolvimento da sexualidade na etiologia das neuroses e pelo controle e práticas objetivadoras. Todavia, a designação do indivíduo como louco o destitui de seus direitos mais básicos, neste processo de mortificação a loucura é designada como morbidade, reduzindo o indivíduo a seu suporte corporal, alvo de intervenções médicas; transformando-o em um corpo doente. Este trabalho buscou investigar percepções dos profissionais de saúde, trabalhadores de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do Distrito Federal acerca da sexualidade da pessoa em sofrimento psíquico sob os aspectos de relações de gênero, corpo e subjetividade através de um grupo focal; com o objetivo de compreender sua realidade social e organizacional através das práticas e discursos dos sujeitos envolvidos, trazendo à luz uma análise coletiva do dispositivo institucional e suas forças, apoiando processos auto-analíticos. Como resultado, foi possível observar uma concepção de sexualidade atrelada à libido, a dificuldade de abordar este tema de maneira transversal, não apenas no foro íntimo da relação sexual. Evidenciou-se, também, relações de identificação usuário-profissional através do gênero, uma preocupação com o controle dos corpos nos aspectos de natalidade, homossexualidade e higiene pessoal. Aponta-se a necessidade de estudos mais abrangentes, em diferentes instituições para compreender a dinâmica do cuidado em saúde mental relacionado à sexualidade, e também a necessidade de criação de espaços coletivos diversos para fazer a análise da implicação: suas resistências, dificuldades, análises dos discursos e da gênese das resistências, do lugar social ocupado pelo coletivo e da relação profissional-usuário. ___________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe Brazilian Psychiatric Reform arose in the context of criticism to practices and classical tutelage, segregation and violence of the health care model for mental health institutional knowledge, indicating a transformation of this model – hospitalocentric, of institutionalization- to a more humanized, preventive and communitarian model. Inaugurated a new phase of alternatives reflecting on a different interpretation of madness and its relationship with society, the diverse knowledge and institutions. Sexuality and mental illness have historically shared characteristics among themselves in the field of medical sciences, either through belief in the involvement of sexuality in the etiology of the neuroses and controlling and objectifying practices. However, the designation of the individual as crazy deprives of their most basic rights, this process of mortification madness is designated as morbidity, reducing the individual to corporal support, target of medical interventions; turning it into a sick body. This work investigates perceptions of health professionals, employees of a Psychosocial Care Center of the Federal District about the sexuality of the person in psychological distress under the aspects of gender relations, body and subjectivity through a focus group, with the goal of understanding their social and organizational reality through the practices and discourses of the subjects involved, bringing to light a collective analysis of the institutional arrangements and their forces, supporting self-analytical processes. As a result, we observed a conception of sexuality linked to libido, difficulty in addressing this issue in a crosscutting theme, not only the intimate nature of sexual intercourse. It also became clear user interfaces and professional identity through gender and the concern with the control of bodies in the aspects of contraception, homosexuality and personal hygiene.
