Além de Identificar os elementos que constituem uma cultura e o comportamento do Barretense ligado ao futebol. Discutir de que maneira o futebol é um elemento importante na cultura da população. Porque o futebol passou a ser um fator gerador de novos espaços no urbano da cidade de Barretos, com sua influência na mobilidade espacial, como instrumento transformador e criador de novas relações para a sociedade em diferentes aspectos. O papel fundamental que o futebol tem na importância da identidade do povo Barretense, na sua cultura, na medida em que foi se transformando numa paixão, compondo de maneira significativa, assim como o carnaval e a festa do Peão de boiadeiro, o futebol é um dos patrimônios culturais dos Barretenses. Este esporte representa fonte geradora de novas relações na sociedade que reflete diretamente em sua economia, lazer, cultura. Criando um novo mapa de relações sociais dentro da cidade, revelando por todos os lados a sua influência com a população. O universo simbólico do futebol vai além dos fatos sociais ocorridos nos estádios, no campo e nas arquibancadas. Contudo, é notório como sua importância é difundida pela mídia e pela população como um todo, indo muito além do tempo regulamentar de uma partida. A socialização primaria ocorre durante a infância, onde muitas vezes o incentivo da família, e exemplos de jogadores de futebol já famosos, onde as crianças os tem como ídolos, e influenciam diretamente na escolha de torcer por um time. O espaço de representação do futebol ajuda os indivíduos a dar sentido a sua vida social, pois o futebol, no Brasil extrapola seus significados esportivos, invadindo com enorme força o campo cultural e social, construindo paisagens, relações e símbolos. Tais elementos dizem muito sobre a cultura de uma determinada sociedade, pois são produtos de tal cultura. Assim sendo, o espaço de representação do futebol não é um conceito limitado exclusivamente para o estudo do futebol como esporte, mas como expressão social e cultural, podendo ser apropriado por qualquer estudo cujo objeto é a cultura e a sociedade em nível mundial, nacional, regional, estadual ou municipal. O estudo foi realizado e fundamentado a partir de levantamentos de artigos acadêmicos, informações para a extração de dados, entrevistas, referência teórica para pesquisa exploratória, observações e análise. Enquanto metodologia de trabalho procurei refletir o tema, iniciando com o resgate histórico do esporte no município, com ênfase no futebol, a partir da consulta em bibliografia específica e através de entrevistas com a população e responsáveis pela prática esportista do futebol em nossa cidade. ____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to study the importance of football to the definition of an identity Barretense population. In addition to identify the elements that constitute a culture and the behavior of Barretense connected to football. Discuss how football is an important element in the culture of the population. Because football has become a key driver of new urban spaces in the city of Barretos, with its influence on spatial mobility, as instrument transformer and creator of new relations to society in different ways. The key role that football has on the importance of identity Barretense people, its culture, insofar as it was becoming a passion, composing a meaningful way, as well as the carnival and party Pawn Cowboy football is a the cultural heritage of Barretenses. This sport is a source of new relations in society is directly reflected in its economy, leisure, culture. Creating a new map of social relations within the city, revealing everywhere their influence with the people.The symbolic universe of football goes beyond social events occurring in stadiums, on the field and in the stands. However, it is remarkable how widespread is its importance by the media and the population as a whole, going beyond the normal time of departure. The primary socialization occurs during childhood, where often the encouragement of family, and examples of famous soccer players ever, where kids have them as idols, and directly influence the choice of rooting for a team. The representation space of football helps individuals make sense of their social life, because football in Brazil surpasses its sporting significance, with enormous force invading the cultural and social field, building landscapes, symbols and relationships. These elements tell a lot about the culture of a given society, because they are products of a culture.Thus the space of representation of football is not a concept limited exclusively to the study of football as a sport but as a social and cultural expression, it may be appropriate for any study whose object is the culture and society at the global, national, regional, state or municipal.The study was conducted and based on surveys of academic articles, information for data extraction, interviews, theoretical framework for exploratory research and analysis observations.
