Este trabalho consiste na análise de quatro videoclipes do artista britânico David Bowie a partir da compreensão da pós-modernidade, cuja natureza fluida e efêmera se reflete nas interações humanas, nas instituições, nas estruturas sociais e na cultura. A metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento do trabalho compõe-se de análise comparativa acerca de conceitos de pós-modernidade, identidade cultural e cultura de massas e, posteriormente, estudo de excerto da obra do cantor David Bowie, cujo recorte foi os anos 70, a partir de estéticas Camp e andróginas, com averiguação de elementos pós-modernos em sua produção. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTSociety experiences a change of sensibility that has been befalling since the late 60s. This work constitutes an analysis of the first four David Bowie videos from the understanding of post-modernity, its fluid and ephemeral nature that reflects in human interactions, institutions, social structures and culture.
