Para essa finalidade existe a medida socioeducativa que almeja oportunizar a reinserção social e no mercado de trabalho ao fim da medida estabelecida judicialmente. Essa reinserção é oportunizada por meio da garantia de direitos ao adolescente, entre os quais o direito à educação e à escolarização formal. Buscando investigar as concepções e práticas dos atores envolvidos no processo educativo, este trabalho foi desenvolvido em uma Unidade de Internação localizada em Brasília- DF, que oferece o ensino em um formato de aceleração CDIS - Programa para a Correção da Distorção Idade/Série - aos adolescentes, dentro do próprio centro. Como objetivo buscou-se compreender as concepções que orientam o trabalho dos professores e os métodos que utilizam para prestar o serviço de transmissão de informação, conhecimento e motivação a esses adolescentes. Participaram da pesquisa professores e adolescentes da unidade de internação e também estudantes de Licenciatura em Ciências Naturais da FUP (Faculdade UnB de Planaltina). Constatou-se que os professores encontram-se desmotivados e que não têm o preparo necessário para esse fim educativo, os estudantes comprovam isso quando revelam que não discutem sobre medidas socioeducativas nas aulas. Os resultados mostram que o processo educativo precisa ser revisado e colocado em evidência para o fim desejado, que é o de transformar as vidas desses jovens em conflito com a lei. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTTeenagers who are involved in offences need to be accompanied to be supported in the process of reflection and understanding of the offence which was committed, in order to transform their life trajectory. For this means there is the socio-educational measure which guarantees the teenager’s reinsertion in the labor market at the end of his/her confinement as established by law. This reinsertion is guaranteed by means of the teenager’s rights, among them the right to education and formal schooling. In order to investigate the conceptions and practices of the actors involved in the socio-educational process, this work was developed at the “Unidade de Internação” (Confinement Unit), in the city of Brasilia – DF, which offers schooling through an accelerated process CDIS- “Programa para a Correção da Distorção Idade/Série – “Program to correct the Distortion of the Age/School Year” for the teenagers inside its own compound. As an objective, the conceptions which orientate the work of the teachers and the methods which are used for the transmission of this information, knowledge and motivation of these teenagers was used. Teachers and teenagers of the confinement center participated of this research as well as students of the course of Natural Sciences of FUP (Faculdade UnB de Planaltina). It was noted that the teachers lack motivation as well as not having the necessary preparation for this educational aim. The students prove this when they reveal that the socio educational measures are not discussed in the classes.
