Resumo: This paper examines strategies of constitution of university students in Contemporaneity, in an attempt to understand how their talents are produced and managed in the webs of new capitalism. The starting point of this work is a research project analyzing the supplement called “Vestibular”, which is published by Zero Hora newspaper (RS) and addressed to students who are preparing to enter the university. The investigation has led to the study of two governance strategies found in this material. The first one concerns entrepreneurship, which leads these individuals to a permanent game of personal achievements in the labor market. The second strategy is talent management, which causes students to mobilize their natural talents in differentiated, innovative competences.

Se parte de una investigación que analizó el suplemento Vestibular, publicado por el diario Zero Hora (RS) y enfocado a estudiantes en preparación para la universidad. Como resultado de la investigación, se abordan dos estrategias de gobierno. La primera se refiere a la cuestión del espíritu emprendedor, que conduce a un juego permanente de conquistas personales en el mercado laboral. La segunda estrategia es la gestión de los talentos, que instiga a los estudiantes a usar sus talentos naturales en competencias diferenciadas e innovadoras.O artigo examina estratégias de constituição dos sujeitos universitários na contemporaneidade, procurando compreender os modos pelos quais seus talentos são produzidos e administrados nas tramas do novo capitalismo. Parte-se de uma pesquisa que analisou o caderno Vestibular, suplemento publicado pelo jornal Zero Hora (RS) e endereçado a estudantes em preparação para a universidade. Como resultado da investigação, abordam-se duas estratégias de governamento. A primeira refere-se à questão do empreendedorismo, que conduz a um jogo permanente de conquistas pessoais no mercado de trabalho.
