The creative environment and its perspectives in education

Resumo: The work aims to discuss the idea of creative idleness of Domenico de Masi (2000; 2017; 2020), in an attempt to hermeneutically understand his perspectives and developments in education. Creative idleness encompasses three dimensions: working to produce riches and learning from the other; study to create new knowledge; and play to generate well-being. From the debates raised with the formative interfaces of creative idleness, we propose to question and build creative bridges to the development of human globality. We conclude that education needs to promote the experience of creative idleness, from the perspective of the metamorphoses of the process of forming in free time, since the process of knowledge implies recognizing the potential recreator of the subject.

La ociosidad creativa abarca tres dimensiones: trabajar para producir riquezas y aprender de la otra; estudiar para crear nuevos conocimientos; y jugar para generar bienestar. A partir de los debates planteados con las interfaces formativas de ocio creativo, proponemos cuestionar y construir puentes creativos para el desarrollo de la globalización humana. Concluimos que la educación necesita promover la experiencia de ocio creativo, desde la perspectiva de las metamorfosis del proceso de formación en tiempo libre, ya que el proceso de conocimiento implica reconocer el potencial recreador del sujeto.O trabalho objetiva discutir a ideia de ócio criativo de Domenico de Masi (2000; 2017; 2020) na tentativa de compreender hermeneuticamente suas perspectivas e desdobramentos na educação. O ócio criativo engloba três dimensões: trabalhar para produzir riquezas e aprender com o outro; estudar para criar novos conhecimentos e brincar para gerar o bem-estar. A partir dos debates suscitados com as interfaces formativas do ócio criativo, propomos questionar e construir pontes criativas ao desenvolvimento da globalidade humana.
