Resumo: | This article aims to analyse the teacher’s knowledge articulated in the acting to the educator-bachelor, in the perspective of the ethics of the radical alterity. A qualitative and descriptive investigation articulated in the acting universe 37 educators-bachelor who work at a public university in the Brazilian Northeast. It was concluded that the constitution of the educator-bachelor for higher education needs to align itself with the teaching knowledge for the relationship between educator-teaching and an action that positions teaching at the heart of the educational process, through the appreciation of the teaching with their differences, needs, difficulties and yearnings. |

Se realizó una investigación cualitativa y descriptiva, teniendo como universo 37 educadores-bachilleres que actúan en una universidad pública del Nordeste. Se concluyó que la constitución del educador-bachiller para la educación superior necesita alinearse a los saberes docentes para la relación entre educador y educando. Esto implica una actuación que sitúe al educando en el centro del proceso educativo, por medio de la valorización del educando con sus diferencias, necesidades, dificultades y anhelos.Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar os saberes docentes articulados na atuação do educador-bacharel, na perspectiva da ética da alteridade radical. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, tendo como universo 37 educadores-bacharéis que atuam em uma universidade pública do Nordeste brasileiro.
