Resumo: | Four psychometric measures were developed to evaluatejob performance of administrative and clerical personnel. The contentof the measures was obtained through empirical data by means of Flanagan'stechnique of "critical incidents", assuring content validity. MeasureA (13 factors) assesses job performance of directors, 6(17 factors)evaluates job supervisors; С (14 factors) measures clerical jobs and D(12 factors), low executive jobs. |

As dimensões de avaliação bem como os itens que contêm os instrumentos foram levantados empiricamente através da técnica dos "incidentes críticos" de Flanagan. Os instrumentos possuem validade de conteúdo e seus fatores apresentam razoáveis índices de precisão.
