Resumo: The article analizes the main results of the social reforms in Chine in the two last decades. It emphasizes the end of the European and Soviet Socialisms and the approximation of the United States; the priority of the reforms in the rural areas and State estimulations to the investiments growth. It concludes indicating the views to a “Market Socialism ” and the limits of the capitalist way. A new Socialism or a wild capitalism could be a unique experience and, certainly, will affect the world.

Destaca a importância do fim dos socialismos europeu e soviético e a aproximação com os EUA; a prioridade das reformas no campo e os estímulos estatais para o crescimento dos investimentos. Conclui indicando as perspectivas para um “socialismo de mercado” e os limites da via capitalista. Um novo socialismo ou um capitalismo selvagem, será uma experiência ímpar no mundo, e que certamento o afetará.L 'article analize les principaux résultats des réformes faites en Chine durant les deux dernières décennies. Il focalize surtout I 'importance de la fin des socialismes européen et soviétique ainsi que le rapprochement avec les Etats-Unis d'Amerique, la priorite des réformes rurales et des bénifices de I 'Etat en vue de I’accroissement des investissements. Conclue en indiquant les perspectives en vue d’tin “socialisme de marche” et aussi les limites de la voie capitaliste.
