Resumo: The author describes the metamorphoses of labor today in terms of a process of becoming more heterogeneous, complex and fragmented. He also raises a criticism against the thesis of the loss of centrality of labor in two levels: analytically, he separates concrete from abstract labor, and in the field of concrete struggles, he develops the hypothesis that the possibilities of an effective human emancipation can still find concreteness and social feasibility in the revolts and rebelions that originate centrally in the word of labor.
