Regional development on the regional urban planning and demography - PLURD area: inventory and considerations of research lines and terminologies in brazilian postgraduate programs

Resumo: This article presents an analysis of the articulation between concepts and historical processes linked to the debate on development, especially in Graduate Programs linked to Regional Development in the PLURD – CAPES area. Understanding the unfolding of conceptions of the expression regional development that thrives within the programs of strict knowledge, Stricto Sensu, is the objective of this work. Knowing and analyzing research paths, how ideas about concepts or scales of analysis of these programs are articulated is presented as an initial exercise. The methodology involved raising programs and themes linked to Regional Development, analysis of the therms of their Research Lines through access to Capes data portals, Sucupira Platform and virtual addresses of each Program. As main results, it was noticed that the debate on development, at first in normative and institutional terms linked to the discussions of disparities and inequalities, in the graduate programs presented diversity of the agenda, themes and terms. And the most recurring terms were Regional Development, Public Policies, Planning, Territory and Development. Key words: Research Lines; Regional development; Plurd area Capes.

Comprender el despliegue de concepciones de la expresión desarrollo regional que prospera dentro de estrictos programas de conocimiento, stricto sensu, es el objetivo de este trabajo. Se presenta como ejercicio inicial conocer y analizar los caminos de investigación, cómo se articulan las ideas sobre conceptos o escalas de análisis de estos programas. La metodología implicó un levantamiento de Programas y temas vinculados al Desarrollo Regional, así como análisis de términos y análisis de sus Líneas de Investigación a través del acceso a los portales de datos de la Capes, Plataforma Sucupira y direcciones virtuales de cada Programa. Como principales resultados, se percibió que el debate sobre el desarrollo, inicialmente en términos normativos e institucionales vinculados a discusiones sobre disparidades y desigualdades, en los programas de posgrado presentó diversidad de agenda, temas y términos. Compreender desdobramentos de concepções da expressão desenvolvimento regional que viceja no interior dos programas de conhecimento estrito, Stricto Sensu, se coloca como objetivo deste trabalho. Conhecer e analisar caminhos da pesquisa, de que forma são articuladas ideias sobre conceitos ou escalas de análise destes Programas se apresenta como exercício inicial. A metodologia envolveu levantamento dos Programas e temas ligados ao Desenvolvimento Regional, análise dos termos das Linhas de Pesquisas por meio do acesso aos portais de dados da Capes, Plataforma Sucupira e endereços virtuais de cada Programa. Como principais resultados se percebeu que o debate sobre desenvolvimento, a princípio em termos normativos e institucionais vinculados às discussões de disparidades e desigualdades nos Programas de Pós-graduação apresentaram diversidade da agenda, temas e termos. E os termos mais recorrentes foram Desenvolvimento Regional, Políticas Públicas, Planejamento, Território e Desenvolvimento.
