Resumo: ABSTRACT: Considering the importance of Fritz Müller for the History of Science and for the dissemination and popularization of scientific knowledge in Brazil, it is also possible to carry out expressive educational works carried out in non-formal educational spaces, as in the case of. museums, in this text we analyze the Science reader-effect folder of a material that is released by the Fritz Müller Ecology Museum, located in the city of Blumenau - Santa Catarina. Our objective is to understand how to circulate and textualize scientific knowledge, materialized without reference to a brochure, we can lead its readers to produce specific meaning effects on Science. For it, we refer to the theoretical-methodological assumptions of Pecheutian Discourse Analysis, mainly in the studies by Eni Orlandi. Thus, starting from notions such as textualization, reader-effect, interdiscourse and production conditions, we try to understand the possible effects of meaning and gestures of interpretation from discourses and ways in which you are described in this scientific popularization material. Our results are suitable for discursive regularities, such as shifts in meanings and silences about Science and a scientific position, or that it raises or directs certain reading gestures and implies a certain way of reading, determined by power relations. KEYWORDS: Scientific dissemination, Non-formal education, Discourse Analysis.RESUMO: Considerando a importância de Fritz Müller para a História da Ciência e para a divulgação e popularização do conhecimento científico no Brasil, bem como levando em conta o expressivo trabalho educativo realizado nos espaços de educação não formal, como é o caso dos museus, neste texto analisamos o efeito-leitor de Ciência de um folder, material que divulga o Museu de Ecologia Fritz Müller, localizado no município de Blumenau - Santa Catarina. Nosso objetivo é compreender como a circulação e a textualização do conhecimento científico, materializadas no referido folder, podem levar os seus leitores a produzir efeitos de sentidos específicos acerca da Ciência. Para isso, nos filiamos aos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos da Análise de Discurso pecheutiana, principalmente em estudos de Eni Orlandi. Desse modo, partindo de noções como textualização, efeito-leitor, interdiscurso e condições de produção, buscamos compreender os possíveis efeitos de sentido e gestos de interpretação a partir dos discursos e da forma como os conteúdos são dispostos neste material de divulgação científica. Nossos resultados apontam para regularidades discursivas, tais como deslocamentos de sentidos e silenciamentos sobre a Ciência e a posição cientista, o que leva ao direcionamento de determinados gestos de leitura e implica em uma determinada forma de leitura, marcada por relações de poder.
