Levantamento florístico de famílias botânicas em estrato arbóreo-arbustivo no município de Arapiraca- AL

ABSTRACT: Currently, environmental issues are increasingly present in society, due to the high level of anthropogenic disturbances in natural ecosystems. In this context, floristic surveys appear to contribute in a fundamental way in the elaboration of biodiversity conservation strategies, as they offer subsidies for understanding the structure and dynamics of these formations. In view of this, the aforementioned work aimed to inventory the tree, shrub and herbaceous layer of the Canguru Park property, in Arapiraca, Alagoas. The survey was carried out using the walking method, marking and collecting the vegetables along a trail, during the walks carried out. The collected samples, went through the process of herborization and later the process of identification of all the material started. With the aid of a stereoscope, morphological and anatomical characteristics were observed, such as phyllotaxis, flowers and inflorescences. 113 representative specimens were identified, of which 38.94% with arboreal behavior, 30.09% with shrub behavior, 27.43% with herbaceous behavior and 3.54% with epiphyte behavior. Of the 41 plant families surveyed, Fabaceae predominated, with 16 representatives, Arecaceae with 10 representatives, Araceae with 08 representatives and Asparagaceae with 06 representatives, composing together 35.39% of the plurality of individuals collected. Of the identified representatives 65.49% are exotic and 34.51% are native. KEYWORDS: Floristic composition, Diversity, Conservation.
