Resumo: | This study aimed to elucidate innovative practices of continuing teacher training in Basic Education and their interfaces with digital technologies, published on Porvir Website. For this, it was developed qualitative and bibliographic online research. Porvir website makes a mapping, producing, and disseminating content on educational innovations. It was analyzed ten news from Porvir website using the discursive textual analysis method. The study concluded that all training practices are innovative, but the focus is on marginal and extra innovations, to changes that affect teachers' use of new teaching methodologies with digital technologies for student learning. Among the practices, just two of them demonstrate contributing to fundamental and institutional innovations, promoting change in the professional context through the strengthening of a teaching-learning community that reflects their educational concepts and investigates their pedagogical practices in fostering digital literacy at school. |

El sitio web de Porvir mapea, produce y difunde contenido sobre innovaciones educativas. De estas, 10 noticias fueron analizadas mediante el método de análisis textual discursivo. Se concluyó que todas las prácticas formativas tienen un carácter innovador, pero el foco está en innovaciones marginales y adicionales, es decir, cambios que inciden en el uso por parte de los docentes de nuevas metodologías de enseñanza con tecnologías digitales para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Solo dos cursos de formación contribuyen a las innovaciones fundamentales e institucionales, promoviendo el cambio en el contexto profesional a través del fortalecimiento de una comunidad de enseñanza aprendizaje que refleje sus conceptos educativos e investigue sus prácticas pedagógicas, en el fomento de una cultura digital, en la escuela.Com o objetivo de elucidar práticas de formação continuada de professores da Educação Básica, consideradas inovadoras, bem como suas interfaces com as tecnologias digitais, divulgadas no portal Porvir, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica online. O site Porvir mapeia, produz e divulga conteúdos sobre inovações educacionais. Deste, foram analisadas dez notícias por meio do método de análise textual discursiva. Concluiu-se que todas as práticas formativas têm caráter de inovação, porém o foco é para as inovações marginais e adicionais, ou seja, mudanças que incidem em uso pelos professores de novas metodologias de ensino com tecnologias digitais para aprendizagem dos estudantes. Apenas dois percursos formativos contribuem para inovações fundamentais e institucionais, com a promoção de mudança do contexto profissional a partir do fortalecimento de uma comunidade de aprendizagem docente que reflete suas concepções educativas e investiga suas práticas pedagógicas, no fomento de uma cultura digital, na escola.
