Youth in focus: diversity in the profile of subsequente technical course students

Resumo: The objective of this research is to know and analyze the profile of students in subsequent technical courses. This bibliographic research uses the qualitative approach methodology. For this purpose, a detailed search for scientific production was carried out in the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), in the Capes Periodical Portal, in addition to publications on professional education and youth (s). In the collection of information from the selected works, 11 (eleven) indicators were chosen that contributed to understand and analyze the profile of the young students of the subsequent technical courses as socio-cultural subjects who transform their social reality at the same time that they are transformed. The results showed that the profile of these students is constitutive of multiple factors resulting from the living conditions and the different experiences lived in their social and school contexts, culminating in the diversity of identity characteristics. Educational institutions need to be aware of this diversity in the profile of young people and the multiple factors that occur inside and outside the school, only then will they be able to offer a training process with more equity.

Esta investigación bibliográfica utiliza la metodología de enfoque cualitativo. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda detallada de producción científica en la Biblioteca Digital de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD), en el Portal Periódico Capes, además de publicaciones sobre formación profesional y juventud (s). En la recogida de información de los trabajos seleccionados se eligieron 11 (once) indicadores que contribuyeron a comprender y analizar el perfil de los jóvenes estudiantes de los cursos técnicos posteriores como sujetos socioculturales que transforman su realidad social a la par que se transforman. Los resultados mostraron que el perfil de estos estudiantes es constitutivo de múltiples factores resultantes de las condiciones de vida y las diferentes experiencias vividas en sus contextos sociales y escolares, culminando en la diversidad de características identitarias. Las instituciones educativas necesitan ser conscientes de esta diversidad en el perfil de los jóvenes y de los múltiples factores que ocurren dentro y fuera de la escuela, solo así podrán ofrecer un proceso de formación con más equidad.O objetivo desta pesquisa é conhecer e analisar o perfil dos estudantes dos cursos técnicos subsequentes. A presente pesquisa bibliográfica utiliza a metodologia de abordagem qualitativa. Para tanto, foi realizada busca detalhada da produção científica na Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, ademais se priorizou publicações sobre a educação profissional e juventude(s). Na coleta das informações dos trabalhos selecionados foram escolhidos 11 (onze) indicadores que contribuíram para compreender e analisar o perfil dos jovens estudantes dos cursos técnicos subsequentes como sujeitos socioculturais que transformam sua realidade social ao mesmo tempo em que são transformados. Os resultados mostraram que o perfil desses estudantes é constitutivo de múltiplos fatores decorrentes das condições de vida e das diferentes experiências vividas em seus contextos sociais e escolares, culminando na diversidade de características identitárias.
