Resumo: Aim: To evaluate the internal content of PTF-SM1. Method: Methodological, descriptive study with a quantitative approach, which took place from July to August 2019, with the participation of 08 evaluators, mental health professionals with higher education and experience in family therapy. For that, the degree of agreement between the evaluators was verified by the percentage of agreement (PC) and the Content Validity Index (CVI). Results: CP equal to 100.00% and CVI equal to 1.0 were obtained in the evaluation of the content of the instrument's internal constructs (PTF-SM1 and its manual), regarding representativeness, feasibility, grammar, clarity, coherence, updating, readability, wording compatible with professionals, size of titles and adequate topics, operability and suitable for use in health services. Conclusion: The content of the PTFSM1 proved to be adequate for the evaluators' notes, having in the final version characteristics of an instrument that can be used in the clinical practice of mental health professionals (when assisting families) and family therapists.

Método: Estudio metodológico, descriptivo con abordaje cuantitativo, que se llevó a cabo de julio a agosto de 2019, con la participación de 08 evaluadores, profesionales de salud mental con formación superior y experiencia en terapia familiar. Para eso, el grado de acuerdo entre los evaluadores fue verificado por el porcentaje de acuerdo (PC) y el Índice de Validez de Contenido (CVI). Resultados: Se obtuvo CP igual a 100,00% y CVI igual a 1,0 en la evaluación del contenido de los constructos internos del instrumento (PTF-SM1 y su manual), en cuanto a representatividad, factibilidad, gramática, claridad, coherencia, actualización, legibilidad, redacción compatible con profesionales, tamaño de títulos y temas adecuados, operatividad y apto para uso en servicios de salud. Conclusión: El contenido del PTFSM1 se mostró adecuado para las notas de los evaluadores, teniendo en la versión final características de un instrumento que puede ser utilizado en la práctica clínica de los profesionales de salud mental (al asistir a las familias) y terapeutas familiares.Objetivo: validar o conteúdo do PTF-SM1 por profissionais de saúde mental com experiência em terapia familiar. Método: estudo metodológico, descritivo e com abordagem quantitativa, que ocorreu de julho a agosto de 2019, com a participação de profissionais de saúde mental com experiência em terapia familiar. Verificou-se o grau de concordância entre os avaliadores pelo percentual de concordância (PC) e o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC). Resultados: obteve-se PC igual a 100,00% e IVC igual a 1,0, na avaliação do conteúdo e aparência do instrumento (PTF-SM1 e seu manual), quanto à representatividade, viabilidade, gramática, clareza, coerência, atualização, legibilidade, redação compatível aos profissionais, ao tamanho dos títulos e tópicos adequados, e operatividade para utilização nos serviços de saúde.
