O tratamento constantemente envolve quimioterapia e radioterapia, sendo comum o aparecimento de cormobidades na cavidade oral. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma revisão de literatura por meio de artigos publicados nos últimos 10 anos, nos bancos de dados Pubmed e Lilacs nas versões em português ou inglês, que abordem as manifestações bucais referentes aos tratamentos oncológicos em pacientes pediátricos, destacando as manifestações orais mais comuns e enfatizando a importância do papel do cirurgião-dentista juntamente com a equipe médica na prevenção.
