PROEJA IN FEDERAL INSTITUTES: AN ANALYSIS OF POSSIBLITIES, CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES

Resumo: Considering the education of young people and adults and their adaptations over time. This article aims to identify the possible paths, the difficulties faced and the positive aspects of implementing professional education with basic education in the form of youth and adult education, in Federal Institutes. To construct this work, an exploratory bibliographical research was carried out with a qualitative approach. The main results found were: historical knowledge of the educational category analyzed, the relevant legislation and its implementation in Federal Institutes. This study will provide insights into the historical, legislative and theoretical aspects of EJA. It concludes by stating that the education of young people and adults is a right as an educational modality.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar quais são os caminhos possíveis, as dificuldades enfrentadas e os aspectos positivos da efetivação da educação profissional com a educação básica na modalidade de educação de jovens e adultos, nos Institutos Federais. Para a construção do presente trabalho foi realizado uma pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter exploratória com abordagem qualitativa. Os principais resultados encontrados foram: o conhecimento histórico do categoria educativa analisada, as legislações pertinentes e sua implementação nos Institutos Federais. Esse estudo servirá de insights para o aprofundamento sobre os aspectos históricos, legislativos e teóricos sobre a EJA.
