Resumo: The year 2011 was highlighted by two events that translate reasonably the conflicts around the natural resources spoliation under the green capitalism insignia. The first was noticed by the designation, according to UN, as the “International Year of Forest” and the publication of two files issued by FAO and ITTO, which present in a more accomplished view the directives for the “sustainable” exploration of the forests. Besides the wood extraction and biodiversity products, it institutes the payment for environmental services – PES. The second event was the reaction of the “People from the Forest” in several regions of the Planet against this new way of spoliation. The present article aims at analyze these conflicts, taking as reference the tri-national boundary Brazil/Bolivia/Peru. The analysis is supported by developed researches and the conclusions have shown that, instead of granting the territorial rights conquered by the “People from the Forest”, these rights have been despoiled.
