The restructuring of capitalist society and the revival of solidarity economy

Resumo: This paper is the result of some reflections on the intrinsic relationship between the restructuring of capitalist society which has its beginning from the crisis of the Fordism/keynesianism mode of regulation and the ‘revival’ of Solidarity Economic. The article is divided into three parts. The first, seeks to address some elements that characterize the crisis of the Fordism/keynesianism mode of regulation in its crisis that opens the door for the introduction of neoliberal policies and the consequent impoverishment of labor relations. The second issue seeks to address initial thoughts about the concept of Solidarity Economy and its revival after the worsening of socio-economic impacts of neoliberalism. Lastly, the article highlights some of the challenges that lay ahead for the vast field of experience of solidarity in the economy.

Lastly, the article highlights some of the challenges that lay ahead for the vast field of experience of solidarity in the economy.O artigo que se segue é resultado de algumas reflexões e discussões desenvolvidas junto ao grupo de Pesquisa Trabalho, Organização Social e Comunitária, bem como junto ao Grupo de Pesquisa Educação, Comunidade e Movimentos Sociais acerca da intrínseca relação existente entre a reestruturação capitalista da sociedade, que tem seu início a partir da crise do modo de regulação fordista/keynesianista e o ‘ressurgir’ da Economia Solidária. O artigo se divide em três momentos. O primeiro busca tratar alguns elementos que caracterizam a o modo de regulação fordista/keynesianista que, em sua crise, a partir dos anos de 1970, abre as portas para a introdução das políticas neoliberais e a consequente precarização das relações de trabalho. O segundo momento busca trabalhar reflexões iniciais acerca da concepção de Economia Solidária bem como seu ressurgimento após o recrudescimento das consequências socioeconômicas do neoliberalismo.
