The pedagogic organization on Volleyball training: a study cases in male youth teams in Santa Catarina

Resumo: | The aim of this study was to characterize the pedagogic organization of teaching-learning-training process of youth category from 3 volleyball clubs in Santa Catarina State. 54 male athletes took part in the study and their respective coaches. Training analysis sessions concentrated in structural complexity of the activities, tasks and the ecological field. Training typical weeks of a sports season of each team were analysed. Results indicated a tendency from the teachers to privilege methodological processes similar to the game logic, although a great variety of progressions on modality fundamentals have been utilized. There was a similarity in coaches’ behaviour in advising the athletes about the execution of the technical and tactics fundamentals. Athletes’ behavior revealed a high degree of involvement with the training process. In a general way, coaches tried to develop technical, tactics and application aspects in game situations, according to reference material recommended. |

In a general way, coaches tried to develop technical, tactics and application aspects in game situations, according to reference material recommended.O objetivo dessa investigação foi caracterizar a organização pedagógica do processo ensino-aprendizagem-treinamento da categoria mirim de três clubes catarinenses de voleibol. Participaram do estudo 54 atletas do gênero masculino e seus respectivos treinadores. A análise das sessões de treinamento concentrou-se na complexidade estrutural das atividades, das tarefas e do campo ecológico. Foram analisadas semanas típicas de treinamento de uma temporada esportiva de cada equipe. Os resultados indicaram uma tendência dos treinadores em privilegiar processos metodológicos similares à lógica do jogo, embora tenha sido utilizada grande variedade de progressões nos fundamentos da modalidade. Houve semelhança nas condutas dos treinadores ao orientar os atletas na execução dos fundamentos técnicos e táticos. A conduta dos atletas revelou elevado grau de envolvimento com o processo de treinamento.
