Resumo: Abstract: Soil is a fundamental component of the terrestrial ecosystem because it is the medium used by plants for their growth and distribution. Additionally, they are suppliers of ecosystem services for the planet. The dissemination of information about soil is essential for its preservation and conservation. The motivation for this study was to consider the possibility of using soil in curricular content in the teaching of Natural Sciences, focusing on characteristics of the landscape of the Pampa biome. Therefore, the aim were: i) to investigate the attributes of different soils in a toposequence in the Pampa Biome and to identify connections and environmental functionalities of these natural bodies and; ii) correlate information of pedogenetic attributes with possible curricular content occurrence of soils in the landscape of the Biome. From the realization of this work it was possible to verify that the vast majority of curricular contents in the Teaching of Natural Sciences are related to the form commonly used in the Study of Soils, especially in the taxonomic, functional and productive aspects of pedogenetic bodies.

Resumen: El suelo es un componente fundamental del ecosistema terrestre ya que es el medio utilizado por las plantas para su crecimiento y distribución. Además, son proveedores de servicios ecosistémicos para el planeta. La difusión de información sobre el suelo es fundamental para su preservación y conservación. La motivación de este estudio fue considerar la posibilidad de utilizar el suelo en contenidos curriculares en la enseñanza de Ciencias Naturales, centrándose en las características del paisaje del bioma Pampa. Por lo tanto, el objetivo fue estudiar: i) investigar los atributos de diferentes suelos en una toposecuencia en el Bioma Pampa e identificar las conexiones y funcionalidades ambientales de estos cuerpos y; ii) correlacionar la información de los atributos pedogenéticos con posibles contenidos curriculares que puedan trabajarse, de manera verificable, a partir de la ocurrencia de los suelos en el paisaje del Bioma. A partir de la realización de este trabajo se pudo comprobar que la gran mayoría de los contenidos curriculares de la Enseñanza de las Ciencias Naturales están relacionados con la forma comúnmente utilizada en el estudio de los Suelos, principalmente en los aspectos taxonómicos, funcionales y productivos del cuerpo pedogenético.Resumo: O solo é um componente fundamental do ecossistema terrestre por ser o meio utilizado pelas plantas para o seu crescimento e distribuição. Adicionalmente, são fornecedores de serviços ecossistêmicos para o planeta. A disseminação de informações sobre o solo são essenciais para a sua preservação e conservação. A motivação desse estudo foi a de considerar a possibilidade de uso do solo em conteúdos curriculares no ensino das Ciências da Natureza, com foco em características da paisagem do bioma Pampa. Portanto, objetivou-se: i) investigar os atributos de diferentes solos em uma topossequência no Bioma Pampa e identificar as conexões e funcionalidades ambientais desses corpos e; ii) correlacionar as informações dos atributos pedogenéticos com possíveis conteúdos curriculares que podem ser trabalhados, de forma verificável, a partir da ocorrência dos solos na paisagem do Bioma. A partir da realização desse trabalho foi possível verificar que a grande maioria dos conteúdos curriculares do Ensino das Ciências da Natureza estão relacionados à forma comumente utilizada no Estudo de Solos, sobretudo nos aspectos taxonômicos, funcionais e produtivos dos corpos pedogenéticos.
