Software development for the management of irrigation located in the semi-arid using the evapotranspiration of culture

Resumo: | The semiarid region has an irregular rainfall regime, associated with high evaporation, high temperatures and low precipitation. Due to these characteristics, irrigation is the only means of making crops possible during periods outside the rainy season. Irrigation requires proper management to be sustainable. Management, however, consists of using repetitive and expensive methods that lead to errors that interfere with irrigation. These routines and management processes can be used in software development, which make the task simpler. Given the above, the objective of this research was to develop software that optimizes routines, facilitating management. For this, the languages Java and SQL were used. The development was carried out in the NetBeans 8.2 Software Development Interface, adopting the Model-View-Control standard, the database used was Apache Derby. From the technologies used, and the conduction of the tests of the components and functions, the management software for localized irrigation “Irrigasertão” was obtained as a result. The software developed rational use of water resources. |

Por estas características, el riego es el único medio de posibilitar los cultivos durante los períodos fuera de la temporada de lluvias. El riego requiere una gestión adecuada para ser sostenible. El manejo, sin embargo, consiste en utilizar métodos repetitivos y costosos que conducen a errores que interfieren con el riego. Estas rutinas y procesos de gestión se pueden utilizar en el desarrollo de software, lo que simplifica la tarea. Dado lo anterior, el objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar un software que optimice las rutinas, facilitando así la gestión. Para ello se utilizaron los lenguajes Java y SQL. El desarrollo se realizó en la interfaz de desarrollo de software NetBeans 8.2, adoptando el estándar Model-View-Control, la base de datos utilizada fue Apache Derby. A partir de las tecnologías empleadas, y de la realización de las pruebas de los componentes y funciones, se obtuvo como resultado el software de gestión de riego localizado “Irrigasertão”. El software permitió un uso racional de los recursos hídricos.O semiárido possui um regime pluviométrico irregular, associado a alta evaporação, altas temperaturas e baixa precipitação. Por essas características, a irrigação é o único meio de viabilizar cultivos em períodos fora da estação chuvosa. A irrigação requer um manejo adequado para ser sustentável. O manejo, no entanto, consiste no uso de métodos repetitivos e dispendiosos que conduzem a erros que interferem na irrigação. Essas rotinas e processos de manejo, podem ser utilizadas no desenvolvimento de softwares, que tornam a tarefa mais simples. Diante do exposto, objetivou-se com esta pesquisa desenvolver um software que otimize as rotinas, facilitando o manejo. Para tanto, foram utilizadas as linguagens Java e SQL. O desenvolvimento foi realizado na Interface de Desenvolvimento de softwares NetBeans 8.2 adotando-se o padrão Model-View-Control, o banco de dados utilizado foi Apache Derby. A partir das tecnologias empregadas, e a condução dos testes dos componentes e funções, obteve-se como resultado o software de manejo para irrigação localizada “Irrigasertão”.
